1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Mana Lab (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Skolara. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
Mana Lab is a simulation and analytics tool for Magic: The Gathering Commander decks. You may use it for personal, non-commercial deck testing and analysis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
Magic: The Gathering card names, images, and game mechanics are property of Wizards of the Coast. Mana Lab is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card data is sourced from Scryfall's publicly available API.
4. Accounts and Access
Access to Mana Lab is currently gated during the private beta period. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion. Free tier usage may be subject to simulation limits as described on our pricing page.
5. Paid Plans
Paid subscription plans (when available) will be billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@skolara.dev.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Simulation results are probabilistic estimates and may not reflect actual gameplay outcomes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skolara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
